Christmas in the Coulee

A truly unique rural Albertan experience!

• Visit the Atlas Coal Mine National Historic Site to enjoy seasonal treats, kids activities, Santa Claus, eggnog tasting, train rides, and music while you admire thousands of lights strung throughout site.
• Warm up at the East Coulee School Museum.  The School will dazzle you by candlelight.  Enjoy kids crafts, Christmas story time, live music, indoor s’mores bar and festive treats.

Friday, December 8th – Wayfaring Fiddlers

Saturday, December 9th – Waltzing Matildas

We’re also running a Snowman Scavenger Hunt between the two sites.  Find all the snowmen to win a prize!

All proceeds go towards helping preserve the rich history of East Coulee and the Drumheller Valley.

Cost: $15/adult, $12.50/ages 3-17, kids under 3 are free.

Admission includes all activities.  Free parking at both locations.

Please dress warmly and note that pets are not permitted at the event.
